Senior Recruiter – Henderson, NV

We are currently recruiting globally, and we are looking to add to our human resources team:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible to proactively manage hiring levels so that all positions across the organization are supplied with candidates who meet our operational requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for recruitment phone inquiries;
  • Full-cycle recruitment; including pre-screening, interviewing, reference checks, booking interviews with hiring managers;
  • Maintain the ADP Recruitment Tracking System, including posting all positions, and directing resumes through the application process in a timely manner;
  • Manage resumes and inquiries in the internal recruiting email inbox;
  • Proactively review and recommend changes to our hiring strategy, aligned to the growth plans in every division;
  • Collaborate with our marketing department to develop advertisements, social media posts and other related documentation for a strategic recruitment campaign;
  • Build strong relationships with the HR team to support business objectives with respect to recruiting and onboarding;
  • Source, organize and represent the organization at career fairs, trade shows, and recruitment events;
  • Monitor the job market to understand the movements and trends in the industry and in competing industries;
  • Work with the Human Resources department to ensure managers and recruitment personnel are maintaining exceptional hiring standards; meeting all legal and internal requirements;
  • Create and maintain the job description inventory in ADP for all positions;
  • Coordinate and track personnel requisitions;
  • Create and distribute recurring recruitment metrics to track and manage trends;
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in HR, Business or equivalent experience would be considered an asset;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with full-cycle recruitment;
  • Experience with ADP recruitment tracking module;
  • Practical knowledge of the manufacturing industry is considered an asset;
  • Travel to recruitment events may be required;
  • Strong social media recruitment experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed etc.);
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) including speaking in public;
  • Professional, high energy and well spoken; able to be a strong ambassador for the organization;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with all client groups;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
