Lithion is pleased to announce that it has acquired Denalion Energy Systems. Based in Henderson, Nevada, Denalion manufacturers custom Lithion Iron Phosphate (“LFP”) battery systems and provides consulting services to a variety of LFP related projects throughout the United States.
This acquisition adds three key individuals to the Lithion team who will be focused on executing Lithion’s previously announced Lithium-Ion manufacturing expansion strategy. All three individuals previously worked at K2 Energy and bring extensive experience in LFP chemistry development, LFP battery system design and manufacturing, and the Lithium-Ion battery industry in general.
Funding for this acquisition and Lithion’s LFP manufacturing expansion has been fully secured with the support and assistance of Lithion’s private equity partner, TriWest Capital Partners and existing management and non-management shareholders.
