Do Charger’s industrial battery solutions include
off the shelf battery technology for purchase or
only custom battery systems?
Charger Industries is a full service custom battery designer, manufacturer, assembler and tester. We offer custom downhole drilling and pigging packs, as well as other custom battery solutions and a variety of off the shelf products. We also create custom software for our battery technology including BOLT and Charger Connect, a battery monitor and battery monitoring system.
Does Charger produce all of the custom battery packs
you design or do you utilize other manufacturers as well?
At Charger Industries, we produce our battery technology and custom designs ourselves. We also are proud to be a North American-based battery manufacturer with our main manufacturing facilities being located in Houston, TX, and Calgary, Alberta.
What industries or clients do you create sustainable
energy solutions for?
Our specialty is in providing and designing battery packs and solutions for the downhole drilling industry. With an oil and gas battery pack, custom pigging pack, or battery monitoring system from Charger, you can increase your efficiency and maximize returns. We craft industrial battery solutions with high safety standards to help propel the downhole drilling industry into a more sustainably powered future. 
Can I use the Charger Connect battery monitoring
system with batteries not created by Charger Industries?
As with most batteries and battery monitors, it is ideal to use the same brand to ensure your data is correct and accurate to the battery pack solutions you are monitoring. With Charger Connect, our cloud-based battery monitoring system, the software is designed for and tested with our own products to certify its reliability and create updates. We cannot guarantee that the software will work properly with other battery solutions due to our testing process including only Charger products. We recommend utilizing one of our custom battery packs or off the shelf power solutions for the most valid results. Charger Industries prioritizes collaboration with our customers so our solutions are exactly what you need.
Is the BOLT battery monitor compatible with
custom battery packs made by other manufacturers?
Our BOLT (Battery Optimized Logging Technology) intuitive battery monitor is created with the use of Charger Industries’ battery systems in mind and has been tested and manufactured to ensure it works with our power solutions. Battery management and monitoring for other entities would need to be checked for safe compatibility. We recommend using one of our battery packs or contacting us to create and manufacture custom power solutions specific to your applications for confirmed compatibility.
