Lithion has been building advanced battery systems for over 20 years, serving industries where performance and reliability are critical. To expand on that foundation, we launched Lithion Solutions — a division dedicated to designing and manufacturing lithium-ion battery packs built for exact needs.

Most of what we do is custom, engineered to meet precise standards for safety, durability, and compliance. But some designs have proven successful across multiple industries, so we also offer a select line of standard packs — dependable, ready-made solutions when off-the-shelf is the right fit.

Lithion Solutions combines the strength of U.S. manufacturing with dedicated European support.

Our Henderson, Nevada facility anchors production, giving customers reliable access to high-quality battery packs built in the United States. In parallel, our teams in the U.K.  provide full engineering and logistics support across Europe, ensuring projects move forward without delays.

This combination of American production and European expertise allows us to serve customers with both dependable capacity and local, responsive service.
