Charger Industries joins the Lithion Battery group of companies

HENDERSON, Nevada / CALGARY, Alberta, CA, [February 14, 2022] –– Lithion Battery Inc. (“Lithion” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Charger Industries (“Charger”) is now a part of the Lithion group of companies.

Founded in 1998, Charger is a leading provider of battery packs to the global energy sector. Charger has manufacturing and sales facilities located in Houston, Texas and Calgary, Alberta as well as a sales and distribution location in Dubai, UAE.

Charger will continue its historical focus of providing safe and reliable battery packs with innovative battery monitoring and cloud-based battery management technology to the global energy sector, as well as supporting Lithion’s significant growth in the industrial battery sector.
